My name is Cas Banks and I’ve been with the Bomber Organization for 10 years. I chose to help with the Bombers junior football and cheer because I see it as more than just an organization ; it’s a family, a legacy, and a launching pad for implementing confidence, discipline, and pride in our kids' lives.
I joined the Bombers in 2009 as an assistant coach for flag football and coached all thru to seniors. It was great to see players that I coached on the flag level continue in this program and continue all the way to seniors and even continue onto high school football. I became a trustee after being at a home game and seeing parents helping at the hut and cooking food and decided to become a trustee. I was voted to become 2nd Vice
President for 4 years and then moved up to 1st Vice President.
This is my fifth year coaching with the Elmwood Park Bombers, and I’m proud to be part of a program that helps build confidence, character, and teamwork in our youth. I volunteer because I believe in giving back to the community and creating a safe, supportive space for kids to grow both on and off the field. In addition to the Bombers, I also serve on the Elmwood Park Little League and Softball boards, continuing my commitment to youth development through sports.
I have been a part of the Bombers organization for the last 17 years with all 3 of my children either cheering or playing football from flag through seniors and then EPHS. I have coached every level of cheer for the last 10 years also from flag through senior and now back to flag. I have both the Basic Life Support with AED certification, as the Rutgers Concussion certification. I love cheer with a passion!
My name’s Lupe and I’m a proud mom who loves coaching and helping out wherever I can. I volunteer to serve as Treasurer because I have an extensive background in accounting and finance, and giving back is something I’m truly passionate about. If I can use my skills to support the organization, I’m happy to contribute. Being involved in programs that invest in our youth is something I genuinely value and take great pride in. This organization is here to serve them, and it’s up to all of us to be there for it, to support it, and to help make a lasting impact.
