 As President of the  Elmwood Park Bombers, I had the honor and privilege to recognize Junior Cheer coach, Alyssa Matera with the prestigious Presidents Award, celebrating her exceptional contributions to the Bomber's cheer program. As a dedicated coach, Alyssa not only demonstrated remarkable leadership by not only managing 35 junior-level cheerleaders but also providing support across multiple cheer levels, ensuring the success of the entire program.

Her commitment extends beyond coaching, as she showed by her proactive fundraising efforts. By organizing a successful cheer clinic, Alyssa helped the Bombers purchase new pom poms. Her initiative doesn't stop there as she is already planning another cheer clinic in the upcoming months, showing her ongoing dedication to the Cheer program's growth and development.

The organization deeply values Alyssa's spirit, knowledge, and unwavering commitment. Her ability to go above and beyond her core responsibilities makes her an invaluable asset to the Bomber program. It truly was an honor to work together with Alyssa and present her with this award.
